MMBSY Amsterdam is looking for new top talent in Beauty PR to join our PR-team.

You are an expert in PR & Communications in the beauty industry.

For 2 years, we have been conceiving and producing creative campaigns, events, social content, and activations that people want to share. With an enthusiastic and driven team of young, passionate, and creative consultants, we work for international brands such as Tom Ford, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, The Ordinary, Kilian Paris, Estée Lauder, and Too Faced.
You embody beauty and love everything about it: powerful connections, creative craftsmanship, and keen business acumen. As a PR guide and consultant, you are the strategic partner your clients crave. Your superpower? Understanding your clients and turning good strategy into a strategic plan and framework.
As an Account Manager at MMBSY, you distinguish yourself through expertise that your clients can rely on. You are always solution-oriented, think with them and proactively develop proposals. You have great social skills! Not only do you have what it takes to build good relationships with clients or stakeholders, but you also have knowledge of journalism and influencer marketing.

What we need to see in your application:
- 4+ years of relevant beauty PR experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Outstanding project management skills
- Track record of developing and pitching innovative story ideas
- Outstanding communications skills in Dutch & English, including professional writing abilities
- Creative, collaborative, and organized, with a knack for balancing multiple assignments
- Energetic, with exacting standards
- Living in Amsterdam or nearby
